Once upon a time, three wide-eyed freshers crossed paths at MICA. Fate intervened, friendships bloomed, and as college life faded into memory, we found ourselves diving headfirst into the world of advertising at some of India’s top agencies. Little did we know that a simple road trip mishap, a flat tyre, and a long chat would spark the idea that changed everything.

Enter ting. On that scorching summer day, as we sat stranded by the side of the road, the seeds of Ting were sown. With two offices, one in Chennai and the other in Mumbai, our naivety, friendship, and the faith we built at MICA gave birth to ting.

With nothing but a second-hand PC, no money, no clients, and no portfolio, we had something that just felt right. Over a decade later, that cramped 200 sq. ft. room has blossomed into multi-city offices, international ventures, and a family of 500+ amazing tingsters.

But amidst the whirlwind of growth, what truly fills our hearts with pride are the memories we’ve made and the relationships we’ve forged along the way.

Our feet? Still firmly planted on the ground. Our hearts? Still beating in the right place. And that first-day energy? It’s alive and kicking, now pulsating through hundreds of tingsters, all dancing to the same ‘ting’ rhythm.
