We were taken aback when we stumbled upon this statistic. We’re desperate to change the narrative. We’ve always wondered why’s there so much discussion on employers vs employees? as if they’re two sides of a coin. Well maybe they are for the world, not for us.
At ting, we’d like to believe we’re one large cricket (or any other team sport you like) squad! Sure we have a captain, few mentors and a few old hogs, but we’re one team with one single goal. We’re one large-ish family, no employer, employee business here, we’re one.
