By virtue of the quality of services rendered coupled with the steadfast support, Ting Works LLP has gained large reputation and goodwill in the industry and public at large.

While so, it has recently come to our attention that some unscrupulous persons, by falsely portraying as our agent(s) or otherwise, are unauthorisedly using our name and intellectual property rights to unjustly gain from our reputation and goodwill. We have further come to know that such unscrupulous persons have even slavishly misrepresented to be our agents, with an attempt to cheat and defraud public, our prospective clients, and other interested persons, which is a punishable criminal offence under the law. It has also been brought to our attention that such unscrupulous persons have created fake/ bogus websites (one such being http://ting-agent.site/) by posing as our agent and demanding payment of monies from prospective customers/ clients.

Any such unauthorised use of our trademark / label/ name/ services by any third party is highly condemnable and amounts to an offence, both civil and criminal, under Trademarks Act, 1999 and Copyrights Act, 1957, amongst other prevalent laws. We are determined to take swift legal actions against such infringers / misusers/ defrauders to protect our goodwill, reputation and intellectual property rights.

Public is hereby warned not to be deceived by any unauthorized persons and requested to bring to our attention any misuse of our name or intellectual property rights, domain name or its well-known label as mentioned above by any person other than us. We further categorically make it clear that we have neither authorised any third-party agent to solicit or deal with any of our clients nor demand any advance payment via online mode, without issuance of a formal invoice duly signed by the authorised signatory.
