Turning an office space into a reflection of legacy

Question
How do you modernise a legacy of a market leader in a way that inspires the people behind it and the partners beside it?
Answer
By developing a narrative that makes HK’s scale feel relevant, its journey feel earned, and makes its people a part of the story.
HK Enterprises has been a pioneer in the UAE food services industry since 1987. Starting with the import and distribution of frozen poultry and meat products, the company today is one of the leading suppliers of a wide range of frozen and non-frozen food products in the UAE, sourced globally.
The task was clear from the start: to create an office branding that conveys HK’s strength in the UAE while talking to the employees who make it work every day. The challenge was to find the right balance between brand confidence and human warmth. While HK is a company with scale, speed, and operational excellence, the space branding goes beyond being a sales pitch. The staircase timeline turned the company’s journey into a story of growth and evolution. Cabin passages and pantry walls carried lighter, more conversational lines that gave the team a sense of energy and ease.
As a result, the space feels approachable, confident, and alive with HK's personality.
Workplace that carries HK’s pride

Legacy that drives momentum
The walls inside the office were treated with more than a glance; it was a daily touchpoint for employees. As such, the walls are designed to foster pride, energise, and reinforce the value of the work.
We ensured that the copy reads warm, witty, motivating and meaningful, helping employees feel seen and proud.
In addition to developing custom illustrations, the visual language used colours inspired by the logo to create a contemporary expression of the brand.
The spaces were designed as a connected narrative, with each wall carrying a different part of HK’s legacy, culture and momentum.
