Despite strong brand love and rapid category growth, Prasuma faced increasing competition on quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto, where visibility and conversions are driven by smart performance strategies. When we were given the reins of leading this exciting space for them, we adapted a data-led growth strategy that balanced awareness with efficiency. The result was stronger brand recall, accelerated new user acquisition and, a measurable lift in both visibility and sales across platforms.

Standing out in the quick commerce rush

Quick commerce is a high-speed battleground where consumer decisions are made in seconds and visibility directly impacts conversions. While Prasuma already enjoyed strong brand affinity, increasing competition across Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto made it harder to consistently capture high-intent consumers at the right moment. The challenge was twofold: scale discoverability without driving up acquisition costs, and strengthen brand recall in an environment dominated by impulse-led purchasing and aggressive competitor bidding.

We built a performance-first quick commerce strategy designed to maximise both visibility and efficiency across platforms. By scaling paid campaigns strategically, expanding high-intent keyword coverage, and continuously optimising bids and placements, we improved discoverability without overspending on already dominant terms.
