Historically, jaggery was our staple sweetener. Somewhere in time, our paths changed. Refined sugar colonised our kitchens, and we favoured its glittering appeal. But let us be honest, refined sugar is just tiny crystals with empty calories, doing more harm than good.Trupath came into existence to provide an alternative to refined sugar. They offer 100% natural jaggery powder and allied products, going back to our traditions where sweeteners were healthier and homegrown.Our strategy hinged on one belief: a healthier life doesn’t require a complete overhaul, just conscious shifts. Sugar Free D’lite is a globally recognised FMCG brand built on the belief that healthier choices shouldn’t come at the cost of taste. With a wide range of sugar-free offerings, the brand makes indulgence more accessible, without compromise.As the brand looked to strengthen its presence in the UAE, it had no website to direct potential distributors to. The brand, hence, needed a website that functioned as more than just a digital touchpoint. It had to serve as a clear, comprehensive catalogue. Clean lines, strong contrast, and a palette are foundational of a future ready, intelligence platform. The moodboard established a design language that could hold complexity without overwhelming it professional at first glance, intuitive at every scroll.

The Visual Direction

For over a decade, Aurora Energy Research has stood at the centre of some of the world’s most consequential energy decisions. Entrusted by investors, developers, utilities, and policymakers, across 32+ major markets globally, they have been instrumental in delivering the intelligence that has shaped policy.However, the existing platform had not kept pace with the scale of what Aurora had grown into. The global footprint went unrepresented. Audience segments had no defined journey. Offerings that warranted their own presence were competing for space on pages that made navigation unintuitive. A proprietary platform central to Aurora's proposition had no digital home. The ask therefore wasn't about building credibility. It was about building a platform that could finally do Aurora justice.Our goal was to engineer a solution with a methodology as rigorous as Aurora's own. Every audience segment was identified and given its own logic. Every offering was restructured for clarity without sacrificing depth of their expertise. Every market was given its own presence. And every layer of the platform, architecture, content, experience, and technology, was built to work as one coherent, scalable system.

Before redefining Lakeview’s identity, we conducted an in-depth on-ground research across key locations, studying how the brand exists in real time. We mapped neighbourhood context, footfall, store visibility, perception and discovery through visual ethnography, anonymous buyer experience and in-depth staff interviews.Across locations, Lakeview existed in high-potential environments, yet consistently blended into the background. Signage got lost in visual clutter, storefronts lacked distinctiveness, and interiors felt inconsistent. While it carried a 90+ year legacy, most consumers weren’t actively aware of it. Instead, what consistently surfaced across cohorts was familiarity, reliability, and ease.Instead of modernising the brand or preserving it as-is, we chose to codify comfort. Our strategy focused on one clear idea: Lakeview is the place people return for certainty, familiarity and small moments of joy. The identity was built as a system, not a style. Grounded in three principles: consistency, simplicity and warmth, each one directly solving a tension uncovered in the research. By translating its legacy into a symbol of comfort, we gave it a more current expression, one that feels approachable and recognisable, urban yet memorable.

Built on an inspiring rags-to-riches journey by the Virani brothers, the brand has grown from humble beginnings into one of India’s most trusted and widely loved names in the category. Over the years, it has expanded its product portfolio, and today it’s rivalling even global giants like Lay’s.&nbsp;&nbsp;However, while the brand continued to evolve, its digital presence lagged behind. The website no longer reflected the energy, scale, or contemporary appeal of the brand. The task was to reimagine this experience, bringing in a fresh, youthful perspective while preserving the credibility, warmth, and legacy that define Balaji Wafers.

Roar is a bold, boutique architecture and interior design studio based in Dubai, since 2013. Known for crafting immersive spatial experiences, the studio blends untamed creativity with deep empathy, bringing a distinctive “wow” factor to every project. But while their work was expressive and globally awarded, their digital presence told a far quieter story. Despite rapid growth and international recognition, Roar’s website didn’t reflect the wild, and emotionally driven identity that defined their work.Simply put, it wasn’t “roar-ing” enough.To reimagine Roar’s digital presence as a true extension of its philosophy, we designed the website beyond simply showcasing work. We presented their portfolio in a compelling, immersive way while capturing the brand’s distinct duality - 50% wild, 50% tame and translating their empathetic, human-first approach to design into an interactive experience.

It’s easy to stick to the kind of images that work across the industry. But to build Spark Capital’s brand, we decided to dig deeper, find images that were tonally consistent, and had a deeper message relevant to each page. This was also supported with detailed image rationales wherever necessary. 

Imagery that breaks through the clutter

Spark Capital is one of the country's most prestigious financial advisory firms, spanning operations across multiple cities in India and Dubai. Despite exemplary work in wealth management, investment banking and asset management, its digital presence was drab, and lacked any kind of 'spark'.In an industry constantly talking about trust and partnership, most financial brands end up saying the same things in slightly different ways. The challenge was to find a brand idea that captured not just what Spark Capital does, but how and why it does it differently.The strategic process uncovered three principles at the heart of the firm: Driving Freewill, the belief that clarity enables consistent, confident decisions; Embracing Serendipity, staying prepared so you never miss unexpected opportunities; and Harmony with Natural Laws, working with the fundamental rhythms of economics rather than against them.What emerged was a single thread running through each principle. When practiced with consistency, trust compounds, opportunities compound, and wealth compounds. That insight became the brand idea: Power Of Compounding. It positioned Spark Capital as a firm that builds extraordinary outcomes through steady, deliberate action over time.

In a category led by performance and price, we recognised what was missing: a voice that speaks to the person, not just the practice.Our goal was to shape a brand that reflects not just what they make, but why it matters, for practitioners and a growing community seeking a more honest, sustainable approach to their yoga journey. The strategy anchored this purpose, positioning Wiselife as aspirational yet accessible. Here, the mat goes beyond being a space for practice; it becomes an island of calm and grounding energy.&nbsp;So when one steps on to it, they step into the ‘Wiselife’.This sentiment was carried forward in design,&nbsp;translating it into an identity anchored in clarity, balance and ease. From the apparels to the accessories, our packaging aimed at delivering the experience of stepping into the ‘wise life’ through warm, inviting and inspiring communication and grounded design. Built for a generation that feels too much and too little at once, this is an art practice designed to be experienced, not consumed. From first scroll to final purchase, every touchpoint is shaped to slow you down, build emotional connection, and let the work reveal itself over time.

A slower way into art

Rachel Parker paints what most of us move through without stopping to feel. Her work doesn't announce itself, it waits, until you're still enough to receive it. For a generation that is always online but rarely seen, her paintings offer something the world has stopped making room for. For her identity, we interpreted her work as a companion for the moments when the noise finally drops, and you witness the world in stillness. Our ‘Ikigai framework’ offered a way to sit with this more intimately. An exercise to understand the threads running through her process of creation. Taking a closer look at what she returns to, what she does with care, what she brings into the world and why it seems to meet something in others. It helped bring these elements into relation, revealing a centre that had always been there.&nbsp;&nbsp;This brought us to a purpose, of what the Rachel Parker brand goes on to stand for. It is about art that feels personal, honest, and quietly powerful. Art that's made to stay with you. While her work remains gentle, intuitive and open, her brand now carries a deeper sense of intent.&nbsp; &nbsp;

The packaging system is built on contrast. The traditional range feels familiar and rooted, drawing from rituals, heritage, and cultural memory. The modern range takes a more expressive route, using surreal, transportive landscapes to evoke emotion and imagination. Together, they create a balanced system that speaks to both memory and discovery, making the experience feel timeless yet fresh.

Where tradition meets a new visual language

The brief was to build a brand that could stand apart in a category dominated by synthetic aromatherapy, where many products compromise both health and the environment. We saw an opportunity to bring traditional practices back into everyday use, in a way that feels relevant to how people live today, while building trust with cleaner, more responsible alternatives.We defined the brand’s core philosophy as ‘in me, on me, around me’, a simple way to look at wellbeing more holistically. The idea was to treat what we surround ourselves with, like aromatherapy, with the same level of awareness as what we consume or apply to our skin. This naturally led us to position Nytarra around&nbsp;intentional living.From there, we built a brand system that feels rooted in tradition, but not dated. Clean aromatherapy shaped the way the brand communicates, keeping things honest and easy to understand. The identity follows the same approach. The tone stays consistent across touchpoints, while the packaging explores two distinct directions for traditional and modern ranges. They look different, but are connected by the same underlying thinking.The result is a brand that brings traditional aromatherapy back into the present in a way that feels simple, relevant, and easy to adopt.

I &amp; Me Coffee is a UAE-based packaged coffee brand built for those who appreciate coffee in its purest form. Crafted from 100% Arabica beans and presented in a sleek aluminium bottle, its cold brew is uncompromising. No milk, no sweeteners, just coffee as it is meant to be.In a category often softened to appeal to the masses, I &amp; Me wanted to stand apart with a clear, singular point of view. The brand wanted to embrace a bold, no-nonsense attitude, and speak directly to individuals who value authenticity over embellishment.This thinking shaped everything from its identity to its digital presence, creating a brand that felt distinct, self-assured, and true to its character.

Ritvaa was built at the intersection of aspiration and accessibility, where the emotional value of real gold remains strong, but ownership feels increasingly out of reach. The opportunity was not just to create another gold-plated jewellery brand, but to redefine how it is perceived. In a category often split between expensive legacy players and unbranded, low-trust alternatives, Ritvaa needed to establish credibility while feeling deeply personal.We approached this by grounding the brand in a simple yet powerful idea: jewellery that feels as real emotionally as it does visually. The name, identity and packaging were shaped for the woman rooted in tradition yet shaped by her modern mind; quietly confident, intentional, and self-assured. Every touchpoint was crafted to move away from loud expressions of luxury and instead embrace warmth, confidence, and meaning. The result is a brand that doesn’t just offer an alternative to gold, but restores its emotional relevance in a way that feels honest, modern, and enduring.

BAGGGEL is an exclusive networking platform for women in leadership positions, enabling them to excel in C-suite roles confidently. They aim to rewrite the corporate narrative where women are underrepresented, underestimated, and underpaid.Unlike the competitors, BAGGGEL stands out with a rebellious spirit and a hunger for a balanced world. They believe in the goodness of greed when claiming what’s rightfully owed and recognise that men and women must come together, not as allies, but as partners, to tackle gender imbalances.BAGGGEL had the drive, but needed the edge. The name felt irrelevant, disconnected from the world it wanted to build. The challenge was to redefine it into something that could command meaning and momentum. The strategy workshop led to the reimagination of its triple Gs as GREED, GRAB, and GRAIN. And this set the tone, personality, and direction BAGGGEL needed.

The visual language draws directly from the product itself. What emerges is a world that feels immediate and recognisable, shaped to evoke the comfort and anticipation of a well-made scoop.

The taste of it, before the taste

NIC Ice Cream stands for something more than indulgence. Its strength lies in the quality of its ingredients, the care in its craft, and the understanding that ice cream is more than a simple dessert. It is joy shared, recommended and revisited.Translating this into a digital experience required measured expression. The objective was to build a space that carried the same sense of ease and authenticity people associate with the brand. The website was structured around two distinct user behaviours. Those who arrive knowing exactly what they want, and those who browse with curiosity. The information architecture and navigation were designed to serve both without compromise, ensuring that neither journey felt like a detour.Visually, every design decision was derived from the product itself. Colour, texture, and hierarchy were all drawn from the ice cream, keeping the experience grounded in what NIC actually makes. All photography and production was handled in-house, ensuring complete alignment between the product, the brand and the final output.

The identity is inspired by Bodhi’s Biophilic Amorphous architecture, with the form of the brandmark mirroring the building’s fluid shape. The wave-like structure draws from the movement of wind and water, while a subtle stem at the base creates a tree-inspired form, rooting the identity in its natural surroundings.

These residences no longer feel like a disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.Bodhi was born out of the innate need to create a space that felt unhurried, deeply personal, and connected to nature beyond just the tick-the-box amenities. To translate this belief, and vision into an identity, we decided to embrace the presence of nature into the core of everything we did. Not a stroke of green, or leaf motif, but a strategy seeped into the quality of life nestled in nature.

Lavni Varyani works at the intersection of policy, science, and human need. Through Pharma BP, now called Becoya, she has spent years making essential therapies accessible across the Middle East. Her goal has always been about bringing access to a region evolving faster than the global healthcare industry has cared to keep pace with.A practice built on this kind of conviction needed a brand with the same depth. We began with the Ikigai framework, mapping what she loves, where she excels, and where the world needs her most. That centre became the strategic foundation.From there, we defined her purpose, identified her five distinct audience segments, and built the architecture for how she shows up for each of them. Her identity brings that to life through a mark that represents the connection between innovation and access. Her website carries it forward, giving full expression to the breadth of her work and everyone she serves.
