Objective

To minimize user drop-off and improve conversion efficiency across the key stages of the sales funnel by identifying and addressing friction points at three critical junctures: 

 

  • users who visited the product page but did not add items to cart,
  • users who added products to cart but did not complete the purchase
  • users who purchased but did not re-engage post-transaction. 

 

The goal is to implement strategic interventions at each stage to increase add-to-cart rates, boost completed purchases, and enhance post-purchase retention—ultimately maximizing funnel performance and customer lifetime value.
